Jurisdiction questions for Branches within the NAACP Tri-State Conference

Branch jurisdiction (The power or right to govern an area) for each area is as follows:

All NAACP Units located within the geographic boundaries of the NAACP Tri-State Conference shall be a member of the NAACP Tri-State Conference and are subject to the State Conference's efforts to coordinate NAACP activities and policies within its jurisdiction.

 

All complaints to Units that are outside of the named Branch jurisdiction as listed below, shall be immediately referred to the NAACP Tri-State Conference of Idaho, Nevada and Utah telephone number, email or mailed to the State Conference mailing address.
